Description:
Supporting the Environmental Assessment Team.
Responsibilities:
· Ongoing support of the activities of the environmental assessment team
· Familiarization with the characteristics of the renewable energy sources (RES) industry, guidelines, legal acts in question, Ambiens study templates, good environmental practices
· Preparation of Preliminary Site Assessments, Project Information Sheets and Environmental Impact Reports for wind farms (onshore and offshore) and photovoltaic projects
· Participation in environmental and social Due Diligence of wind (onshore and offshore) and photovoltaic farms
· Cooperation with Chief Delivery Officer, Environmental & Permitting Consultant, GIS Analyst, Surveys & Biodiversity Consultant
· Carrying out independent tasks (drafting letters, researching data, printing studies)
Requirements:
· Graduates in environmental engineering or related fields (environmental protection, renewable energy, etc.)
· Minimum 1 year of experience on similar position
· English to the extent necessary for oral and written business communication
· Practical ability to use MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point)
· Ambition, willingness to learn and interest in employment in the long term (we plan to offer a continuing employment contract to selected individuals)
