We are pleased to announce next extension of our involvement with DIF Capital Partners, a global leading infrastructure fund manager.

Mutual understanding and the satisfaction of working together have resulted in another project in which the Ambiens Team will be responsible for the process of preparing the methodology, carrying out post-implementation monitoring and noise measurements for the portfolio of onshore wind farms, consisting of 4 assets.

We have established wide cooperation with confidential nordic renewables Client.

Framework agreement covers:
– environmental and social due diligence with ESAP drafting (project finance, FID)
– GAP’s Analysis and suplemental studies (e.g. NTS, SEP, LRP, ESMP, etc.)
– environmental / permitting due diligence with “red flags” and recommendations (M&A)
– preliminary site assessment (micrositing, initial layout design)
– environmental impact assessment

Above scope of Ambiens involvement relates to wind energy, photovoltaics, RES projects, energy storage facilities.

Ambiens’ experience from offshore wind and more broadly from 15 years of wind energy activities, also onshore, is valuable and often used in the context of strategic consultancy or when auditing work in progress. Therefore, Ambiens carries out Permitting Advisory activities in offshore wind energy – advice on permitting in the process leading up to a decision on the environmental conditions of a project (DEC).

For nearly six years, there has been a debate in Poland between the wind industry, politicians, energy-intensive industry, local communities, electricity consumers and economists about the nature of wind energy, its potential and necessary regulatory changes. Today, in the era of inflation, dependence on fossil fuel imports, and in the face of a crisis, the question about onshore wind energy is not “if” but “how”.

Ambiens company is first and foremost people. It is they who, with their hard work, strive to change the world for the better. One such person is Kinga Dobosz – a marine biology consultant, who, despite a long break in the industry, has found her place with us and can fulfill herself professionally.

Bartosz graduated this year with a degree in Physical Geography with Geoinformation at the University of Gdansk. He began his adventure with Ambiens with the day he started his final year of graduate studies. At Ambiens, he supports the ongoing project tasks of the Offshore Team.

Tomek is a graduate of MBA at Oxford Brookes University and has completed the CIMA programme. He has worked for many years in financial management, process design and optimisation in multinational companies, playing an active role in achieving strategic and financial goals, as well as contributing to the development of people at all levels of the organisation.
