Since the launch of the Ambiens brand, the company’s competence has been based on people, their experiences but also their willingness to adapt and constantly learn. This is especially the case today, when the expanded Team with appetite, but also humility further wants to ambitiously meet the needs of the market and together with faith do things that are important and necessary.

We want to address the upcoming challenges of Poland’s and the region’s energy transition in a reshaped, relevant model. As of August 1 of this year, Ambiens’ Board of Directors has expanded to include Paulina Brzeska-Roszczyk, who also joins the company’s shareholders, until now the Kaczerowski family.

In her role as a board member, Paulina will lead the realisation area as Chief Delivery Officer. Thus, she will create and oversee methodologies and guidelines, lead project teams and provide mentoring support, with final responsibility for consulting and product. In the last 4 years in Ambiens Paulina has been responsible initially for environmental considerations for offshore projects and more recently also for onshore projects. Paulina’s earlier career includes the Maritime Institute, the University of Gdansk and the Maritime University of Gdynia, where she carried out both commercial (wind farms, gas pipelines and submarine cables, the first nuclear power plant in Poland) and scientific projects being, among others, a Member of the Scientific Council of IM or a national expert in the Helcom group.

VP Paulina-Potyra Kaczerowska remains on the new Board, continuing as Chief Operating Officer. Paulina thus oversees the day-to-day business of Ambiens and is responsible for the development of the Team.

Ambiens founder Michał Kaczerowski, continuing in his role as CEO, is responsible for market, development and strategy, and because of his years of project experience, participates in key offshore and due diligence projects and provides mentoring support to the Team.

The changes implemented are part of the company’s long-term strategy, a consequence of its success to date and a response to market challenges. We want to continue to grow in both offshore and onshore projects, where we consistently focus on quality and flexibility.
