We have been engaged as an independent advisor for comprehensive environmental and social service during due diligence of the wind portfolio (108MW) as part of financing. Sabowind is the developer and operator of the wind farms acquired and owned by DIF Capital Partners.
The first task is to verify possible gaps and to update the previous environmental impact assessment (EIA).
Together with the rest of the required ESDD and compliance documents, this gives us further practical experience in working for financial investments and unique competences for the permitting and development of future projects. Environmental and social issues must meet not only the expectations of the authorities bodies, but ultimately the funds and banks that engage in capital projects. In line with our mission, we are working on the development of wind farms by combining the interests of key stakeholders.
